I thought I'd post the original inks. Despite how I feel about the piece, I really do like how the inks came out.
Inks are funny. It's like the middle ground in the process where you go a step up from the pencils but don't quite fuck it up yet with your colors, lol. Coloring is tricky, it truly can make or break a piece. I think inkers aren't quite as famous as colorists and pencilers because it's hard for them to stand out, since a good inker almost always does an amazing job. I t truly is a thankless job. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
